In order for any function to be carried out in a smooth manner, the customer and lawn management must work closely together. We are always ready to co-operate with you in every respect so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss any specific needs or requirements that you may have.


POSSESSION AND RETURN
  • For the DAY function the possession of the Lawn will be given at 8.00 p.m on the day before the function and will be taken back at 6.00 p.m. on the day of the function.
  • For the NIGHT function possession timing from 12.00p.mon the day of function till 10:00a.m morning on next day of function.



BOOKING AND PAYMENT
  • Party is required to submit copy of Adhar Card and PAN Card at the time of booking.
  • 50% Advance Payment is compulsory for confirmation of the booking date. A booking is not considered as confirmed unless payment in full has been made.
  • If the advance amount is below 50%, the party have to pay the remaining part of the advance payment within seven (7) days.
  • Remaining 50% payment must be deposited 7 Days before the date of function along with the security amount.
  • Any loss or damage to the property at Lawns directly by the party or by any contractor engaged by the party will be adjusted from the refundable security deposit at the prevailing market value.
  • Security amount Rs. 10,000/- is to be deposited which will be refunded after the final bill settlement.
  • Final bill to be settled immediately after the function by cash only.



CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF DATE
  • Once a Lawn has been booked and paid for, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you do wish to cancel the booking, we will make that date/Lawn available to other parties.
  • If we get an alternate booking for the same date/Lawn, we will refund 75% of your booking payment. If we are unable to get an alternate booking, the full amount of your booking will be forfeited.
  • A change of date will be treated as a cancellation and the same rules will apply. A booking for a new date will have to be paid for in full at the time of booking.



GENERAL
  • You may not use the services of Moments Lawn staff or their contractor for loading and unloading of goods and material to be used in a function.
  • Electric appliances and electrical fixtures & fittings and AC shall not be moved or tampered with. Any damages arising out of such acts will be added to the bill at the sole discretion of the management.
  • Any damage to walls, windows, furniture, fixtures and fittings will be added to the bill at the sole discretion of the management.
  • Every marriage or any function arranged in the Lawn must be duly registered as per the rules laid down by UP Govt. This is the responsibility of the party booking the lawn and a copy of the approval must be given to the manager prior to the date of the function.
  • Parking of Cars / vehicle shall be at vehicle owner’s risk.
  • The usage of D.J. / Orchestra, loud music or any activity amounting to noise pollution as defined by the administration is not allowed after 10.00 p.m. as per the UP Govt. rules.
  • NO alcoholic drinks and beverages shall be allowed inside the lawn premises.
  • Paan and Gutka spitting and stains shall not be allowed within the lawn premises.
  • The customer will be required to take special approval / sanction of additional power load for electricity for the purpose of marriage functions.
  • Consumption of diesel for the Gensetshall be provided by the Customer.
  • If the catering is arranged from outside Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) is payable towards cleanliness charges.
  • Management wishes to maintain hygienic conditions and provided waste bins for waste disposal. We request you to best use it.
  • The owner and the management of the Lawn will not be responsible for any untoward incident deliberated by the act of negligence by party or their guest during the function or preparation of it.



SAFETY AND SECURITY
While we exercise great care in making the Lawn safe, it is impossible for Lawn management to be aware of who is a genuine guest at a function and who isn’t.
  • All your belongings, valuables and cash should be safely locked taken care of by customer .Management is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from theft or misplacement of cash and valuables.
  • You are responsible for locking the private rooms made available to you during a function and for ensuring that the room is safely locked when unoccupied.
  • Lawn will be under surveillance using CCTV for the benefit of party and the lawn administration.
  • Use of fire arms is strictly prohibited in the Lawn premises. Violation of it may force the Lawn management to report the incident to the local Administration / Police. DIAL 100.
  • Fire crackers are not allowed within the Lawns or in front of the Lawn boundary. In case if any guest / customer violates this rule, he / she will solely be responsible for the consequences.
  • Management reserves the sole right to stop the entertainment programme at any time for safety reasons.
  • All exits from the Lawns shall be kept free and accessible at all times.
  • Management will not be responsible for any mishappening due to natural calamity.
  • In case of eruption of fire, the fire extinguisher shall be used by lawn management/party. If for any reason the fire is uncontrolled; in such case all guests shall be requested to leave the lawn premises immediately.



DISPUTES
We will always try and settle all disputes amicably and fairly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, all disputes resolutions will fall under the jurisdiction of the Lucknow court only.
